Vinyl Applicator & Signwriter

We are looking for an exceptionally motivated and enthusiastic Vinyl Applicator and Signwriter who is a self-starter to be part of our Applications Team. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday.

What you'll be doing

  • Applying vehicle and retail signage to the highest standard, on time and to customer expectations
  • Preparing and installing vinyl graphics across vehicles, retail and commercial environments
  • Checking branding colours and signage information are correct before every application
  • Completing on-site retail, commercial, and store fit-out signage installs
  • Following QA processes, including milestone sheets and Print IQ requirements
  • Contributing ideas to improve processes and ways of working

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in signwriting, vinyl application, or signage installation
  • A genuine interest in signage, vehicles, or vehicle wrapping
  • A sharp eye for detail and high personal standards
  • Good hand dexterity and manual skills
  • A great communicator, someone who listens well and follows instructions carefully
  • An inquisitive, learning mindset, always keen to ask questions and improve
  • Strong work ethic and reliable time management
  • Physical fitness, this role involves working at height and in a variety of positions

 We’re currently looking for a Customer Service Representative with solid print industry experience to join our team and support the seamless delivery of complex print jobs from briefing through to production and dispatch.

In this role, you will act as a key link between clients, sales, and production teams, ensuring all print jobs are accurately scoped, costed, scheduled, and delivered to specification.

You will be working in a busy print production environment, where understanding print processes, materials, finishing, and production timelines is critical.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Provide prompt, professional customer service via phone and email
  • Prepare and check quotes, ensuring accuracy and agreed timeframes are met
  • Raise job bags in Print IQ, ensuring all specifications, costs and timelines are correctly entered
  • Liaise with sales, production teams and suppliers to manage job changes and requirements
  • Assist with invoicing and general administration
  • Contribute to team KPIs, including quote volumes and monthly budgets

 

About you

You are someone who understands how print jobs move from concept through to finished product, and you are confident working in a production-focused environment.

You’ll ideally have:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in print industry customer service,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
  • Outgoing personality with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Experience preparing quotes and managing job details
  • Intermediate Excel and Word skills
  • Print industry experience preferred (Print IQ / Printcost experience is a plus)
