Brand Development
Brief:
Skin Cancer New Zealand approached us for a rebrand that would establish them as the leading authority on skin cancer in New Zealand. Formerly Melanoma Network of New Zealand (MelNet), the brief called for a logo and colour palette that supported the rebrand while increasing trust and visibility, working in multiple media forms, and projecting warmth and positivity.
Execution:
SCG delivered a distinctive new logo and colour palette for Skin Cancer New Zealand. The refreshed brand guidelines we built now guide the organisation’s new website, signage and other assets in their visual identity rollout. The considered contrasting shades balance both warmth and familiarity to their audience.
Outcomes:
The new identity gives Skin Cancer New Zealand a strong recognisable presence and reinforces their position as a trusted voice on skin cancer. It also reflects the way they show up to the public while honoring their values and mission – friendly, professional and easy to recognise, all while conveying trust, positivity and hope.
