About the Role:
We are looking for an exceptionally motivated and enthusiastic Signwriter/Vinyl Applicator who is a self-starter to be part of our Applications Team. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday.
What you'll be doing
- Applying vehicle and retail signage to the highest standard, on time and to customer expectations
- Preparing and installing vinyl graphics across vehicles, retail and commercial environments
- Checking branding colours and signage information are correct before every application
- Completing on-site retail, commercial, and store fit-out signage installs
- Following QA processes, including milestone sheets and Print IQ requirements
- Contributing ideas to improve processes and ways of working
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in signwriting, vinyl application, or signage installation
- A genuine interest in signage, vehicles, or vehicle wrapping
- A sharp eye for detail and high personal standards
- Good hand dexterity and manual skills
- A great communicator, someone who listens well and follows instructions carefully
- An inquisitive, learning mindset, always keen to ask questions and improve
- Strong work ethic and reliable time management
- Physical fitness, this role involves working at height and in a variety of positions

Publishing Operations Coordinator
We're looking for a highly organised, people-friendly Publishing Operations Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operational and customer-facing side of dish magazine. This is a hands-on, varied role that blends logistics and systems with genuine subscriber relationships, you'll be the voice of dish for many of our readers.
It's ideal for someone who's equally comfortable in a spreadsheet and on the phone: calm, reliable, detail-driven and genuinely good with people.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing magazine subscriptions, renewals and subscriber databases
- Delivering warm, helpful customer service via phone and email, you'll be a key point of contact for subscribers and retail customers
- Coordinating retail distribution across New Zealand and Australia
- Managing stock, inventory and order fulfilment through Shopify and related systems
- Preparing and reconciling weekly and monthly operational reports
- Coordinating mailing files, print quantities and distribution timelines
- Maintaining operational platforms including Silverstripe, Shopify, PressReader, Zendesk and Campaign Monitor
- Processing imports, exports and data updates across subscription and retail platforms
- Supporting Food Show logistics, merchandise stock and operational preparation
- Updating website content, subscription offers and issue information
- Working closely with editorial, finance and customer service teams to keep deadlines and issue schedules on track
Skills & Knowledge We're Looking For
- Exceptional organisational skills and a strong eye for detail
- Confident, professional communicator, comfortable managing customer queries by phone and email with warmth and efficiency
- Experience coordinating logistics, subscriptions, inventory or operational workflows
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment without dropping the ball
- Comfortable with data, spreadsheets and reconciliation tasks
- A calm, solutions-focused approach when things get busy

Bindery Tradesman
As a Bindery Tradesman Champion, you will bring your expertise to our Bindery team, and be responsible for operating and maintaining folding and stitching machinery to a high standard, meeting department OEE targets, and ensuring all jobs are completed within required delivery times, and the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all jobs are completed in accordance with job bag requirements and approved mock-ups or folding samples
- Raise any job issues with the Bindery or Production Manager as appropriate
- Use folding profiles as required
- Check customer packaging requirements and confirm instructions where not clearly specified in the job bag
- Record run details and time accurately on job bags
- Ensure quality samples are retained in job bags
- Carry out final inspections prior to packaging and despatch
- Prepare completed work for the next stage of production
Skills & Experience Required
- Trade qualified Bindery Tradesman certification
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Bindery Tradesman role
- A sharp eye for detail and high personal standards
- A great communicator, someone who listens well and follows instructions carefully
- An inquisitive, learning mindset, always keen to ask questions and improve
- Strong work ethic and reliable time management
