Sales Account Manager
About the role
We’re looking for an experienced Sales Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of key clients across print, creative and design solutions. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you’ll build trusted relationships, identify growth opportunities, and deliver commercially sound solutions that exceed client expectations.
You’ll work closely with internal teams across production, creative, estimating and accounts, ensuring projects are delivered accurately, on time and on budget.
Key responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key client accounts

Understand client marketing and collateral needs and recommend appropriate print, creative and design solutions

Prepare accurate quotes using PRINT IQ (or similar) and manage jobs from brief through to delivery

Grow existing accounts and identify new business opportunities within your client base

Manage timelines, budgets and expectations to ensure a high-quality client experience

Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and adherence to specifications

Monitor market trends, competitor activity and pricing to stay commercially competitive

Provide professional reporting and communication to clients and internal stakeholders
What we’re looking for:

Proven experience as a Sales Account Manager, ideally within print, creative or agency environments

Strong understanding of print processes, including offset, digital and large format

Confidence managing large or complex client accounts

Experience using PRINT IQ or similar quoting software

Commercially savvy with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

Highly organised, deadline-driven and detail-focused

Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment

Customer Service Representative
About the role
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be responsible for managing client enquiries, preparing and processing quotes, raising job bags, and supporting Account Managers and the wider customer service team. This is a hands-on role that requires strong attention to detail, confidence communicating with clients, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a busy print environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide prompt, professional customer service via phone and email
- Prepare and check quotes, ensuring accuracy and agreed timeframes are met
- Raise job bags in Print IQ, ensuring all specifications, costs and timelines are correctly entered
- Liaise with sales, production teams and suppliers to manage job changes and requirements
- Assist with invoicing and general administration
- Contribute to team KPIs, including quote volumes and monthly budgets
About you
You’ll be a confident communicator with a strong customer-first mindset and a keen eye for detail. You enjoy working in a team environment and can stay calm and organised under pressure.
You’ll ideally have:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a front-line customer service role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Outgoing personality with strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience preparing quotes and managing job details
- Intermediate Excel and Word skills
- Print industry experience preferred (Print IQ / Printcost experience is a plus)
