Our task was to review all aspects of the brand and recommend a new, more relevant and engaging positioning while staying true to Liquorland’s core heritage – helping it age well, you might say.
In response we created Here’s to you, a powerful platform built upon customer centricity. Developed from clever consumer insight and careful market analysis, this umbrella creative positioning influenced everything - including print, TV, radio, instore, digital, and even automated SMS.
We also rolled out a model store concept utilising external signage, navigation, ticketing, retail promotional execution and customer engagement initiatives across the entire network. Plus, to really connect with consumers at a regional level, we launched the ‘Liquorland Locals’ direct channel programme, targeting a sizeable audience who receive unique email and TXT offers.
